Falcor is proud to introduce The light House situated in super-trendy Green
Point, the Soho of Cape Town.
The development site was chosen for its close proximity to shops,
restaurants, schools and amenities. It has spectacular views: to the east
the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town harbour and the extensive Table View
coastline. To the north the view is dominated by the Atlantic Ocean and
Robben Island, while the Green Point common and Mouille Point's platinum
mile fill the foreground view. The sun setting over the ocean to the West
completes the panorama.
